My name is David Apel. I am a member of Morningstar Fellowship of
Ministries, based in Fort Mill, SC., as well as being a graduate of Oral
Roberts University's MTDI program, based in Tulsa, OK, and I currently
reside in Moberly, MO. and have been involved in ministry, in one form
or another, for over 20 years. I have been involved in prison ministry.
I was an associate minister of a local church. I have worked in a
prophetic ministry, and have done itinerant ministry. I have taught and
seen people released in their own level of prophetic gifting both in a
public setting as well as in small group settings. I believe that the
Prophetic is the glue that holds all other ministries together. You
can't pray for the sick effectively without hearing God's Voice. You
can't lead where you don't know where to go. Jesus said,
John
5:19 Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to
you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do;
for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.
It is
absolutely vital that God's leaders and Jesus' Body know what He is
saying to them in this hour.

1 Cor 14:1-3 Pursue love, yet desire earnestly spiritual gifts,
but especially that you may prophesy. For one who speaks in a tongue
does not speak to men, but to God; for no one understands, but in his
spirit he speaks mysteries. But one who prophesies speaks to men for
edification and exhortation and consolation.
It is my true heart's desire to see the local church, and especially the
individual members, released into their spiritual gifting. Simply
because the individual members ARE the Church. I believe that none of
the Church will reach it's full potential until each individual member
reaches their full potential.
We are coming into one of the most crucial and exciting times of Church
History. We are the ones that will see the beginning of the End Times
Revival and the full Power of God released into the local church. In
order to experience all of this, we, as the leaders of the Church, must
move into the fullness of the Ephesians 4:11 church, where the Five Fold
Ministry is totally restored to the church and each Saint is released
into their own ministry gifting and every Believer comes into the
Fullness of the Stature of Christ.
Words cannot describe how it feels to see someone moving into the
fullness of their own particular Body Ministry. I have felt much like a
proud father to see someone I have mentored to step up and declare the
Oracles of God or to pray for the sick and see someone healed. To see
someone realize that they are able bodied ministers. To be able to see
it come to pass, as Jesus said,
Mark 16:17-18 "And these signs will accompany those who have
believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new
tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly
poison, it shall not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and
they will recover."
If you would like to move beyond “just having church” and moving into
“Being the Church” and see your entire city or area impacted for the
Gospel of Christ, if this letter has touched your heart, if you would
truly like to see each member of your church reach their full potential,
then you might consider what the Lord, through New Shiloh Ministries,
may have to offer you. Granted, New Shiloh Ministries might not be for
your church, but if you would like to know more, then consider phoning
us at 573-228-2292 or email us at
info@newshiloh.org
and we can discuss more how we might help your church.
If you would truly desire to have me minister in your church, I can
either do one service or take a weekend with a seminar type of approach.
It is “I” that am at your service. Admittedly, no one can make much of a
difference just doing one meeting. I would rather build a personal
relationship and help see you and your church move into all that it can
be.
Truly, the greatest reward will be eternal, knowing that you have obeyed
the mandate of Jesus of the Great Commission of Going into all the World
and make disciples. I believe it is time for the Church to quit raising
up congregations and start making “Able Ministers of the Gospel.”
I look forward to hearing from you and building a life changing
relationship.
God Bless,
David Apel
